Canning - 1 Week Away

OK! So, we have one week until we plan on canning in Springville! So far, there's 5 of us who are interested. Myself, Nancy Glover, Whitney Perman, Kristin Bronson and Merri [sorry...can't remember your last name ;)]. I'm willing to stay and watch kids, so is Kristin and Nancy. Anyone else interested in going? If you can't go, but are still interested in getting something canned...please let me know and we'll get an order for you. Everyone please remember...Checks or EXACT Cash only for the Cannery. No credit cards and they don't have any change for the cash. I'm pretty open after 11am for canning....I was thinking about noon-ish. Anyone have a preference?
